An enquiry arrives by email, phone or the contact form — a part number, a fabric specification or a product list.

Sourcing & Quotation
Availability and specifications are checked with suppliers, and a quotation with current prices and lead times is prepared.

Order & Coordination
After confirmation the order is placed with the manufacturer and followed through production and dispatch.

Delivery
Goods are shipped to the destination named in the order, accompanied by commercial documentation.
